一、前言在深拉深中用压边圈的目的是将板料压紧在凹模上,防止板料起皱。其副作用是在压边圈的作用下的摩擦引起相当大的损耗,以及由于板料的弯曲、拉直和径向压力而使它的塑性变形能力降低。再一个副作用是材料的变形硬化。在一定的板料厚径比之下,由于凸缘的抗翘曲和抗起皱,可足以免去压边圈。由凸模产生的常规冲压力便可把杯筒形部分拉到凹模里,起压边圈的作用。无压边圈的整个深拉深过程,主要受凹模截面曲线形状的影响。凹模起作用的部分是接触区的形状,可以设想有多种形式。其中最简单的一种是设置一凹模圆角,如图1所示。凹模圆角半径r大介于到0-D-d/2之间。如果凹模支撑板料的T点离凸缘较远,那么就
Preface The purpose of using blank holder in deep drawing is to press the sheet metal tightly against the concave mold to prevent wrinkling of the sheet metal.
