根据调查分析,我们认为承包经营企业出现了以下几种新的思想矛盾:工人是企业主人和劳动力是商品的矛盾。在一些承包经营企业,有相当多的职工意识和感受不到自己是企业的主人,普遍存在着给多少钱干多少活的思想。从企业外部看,随着商品经济的发展,社会上出现了劳务市场、人才交流市场、星期天劳务市场等,这样,在一些职工的头脑中就产生了雇佣思想,特别是在合同制工人身上表现得尤为突出,他们虽然名义上也是企业主人,但一经劳务市场的流通,就成了商品。这就给思想政治工作培养职工的主人翁意识带来了矛盾。
According to the survey and analysis, we think the following contradictory ideological contradictions have emerged in contracting enterprises: that workers are business owners and that labor power is a commodity. In some contracted-run enterprises, there is quite a lot of workers’ awareness and feeling that they are the masters of the enterprises, and there is a common idea of how much money to live on. From the outside of the enterprise, with the development of the commodity economy, the labor market, the exchange market for talent and the labor market on Sunday appear in the society. In this way, the idea of hiring comes into being in the minds of some workers, especially the contract workers In particular, although they are nominally business owners, they become commodities when they are circulated in the labor market. This brings contradiction to the sense of ownership of cultivating workers and staff in ideological and political work.
