(目的)探讨(89)SrCl2治疗转移性骨肿瘤临床应用价值。(方法)19例有不同程度骨痛(伴或不伴活动受限)的广泛转移性骨肿瘤患者,接受了(89)SrCl2治疗(静脉注射),剂量为2.22MBq(60uCi)kg。(89)SrCl2治疗后随访时间最短3个月,最长1.2年。(结果)本组19例有4例疼痛基本消失,活动能力明显恢复,复查骨显像异常浓聚明显缩小和(或)减少.为显效;13例疼痛明显减轻,活动能力改善,为有效;2例疼痛无明显变化,活动能力无改善,为无效,有效率达89.5%。有效者中疗效维持时间最长已超过1年。部分病例治疗后4周左右白细胞计数略有下降,血象的变化与疗效无明显相关性。(结论)用(89)SrCl2治疗转移性骨肿瘤主要作用是镇痛,使大多数病人的生活质量得以改善。部分病人病灶缩小或消失,起到了缓解病情、延长生命的作用。
(Objective) To explore the clinical value of (89)SrCl2 in the treatment of metastatic bone tumors. (Methods) Nineteen patients with extensive metastatic bone tumors with varying degrees of bone pain (with or without limited mobility) were treated with (89)SrCl2 (intravenous injection) at a dose of 2.22 MBq (60 uCi) kg. (89) The shortest follow-up time for SrCl2 treatment was 3 months, up to 1.2 years. (Results) In this group of 19 cases, 4 cases of pain basically disappeared, activity ability was significantly restored, and the abnormal thickening of bone imaging was significantly reduced and/or reduced. It was markedly effective; in 13 cases, the pain was significantly reduced, and the activity ability was improved. It was effective; in 2 cases, there was no significant change in pain, no improvement in mobility, and it was ineffective, with an effective rate of 89.5%. The longest effective period of efficacy has been more than 1 year. In some cases, the white blood cell count decreased slightly after 4 weeks of treatment, and there was no significant correlation between changes in blood image and efficacy. (Conclusion) The main role of (89)SrCl2 in the treatment of metastatic bone tumors is analgesia, which improves the quality of life of most patients. The shrinkage or disappearance of lesions in some patients has played a role in relieving the disease and prolonging life.
