省机械工程学会设备维修分会第三次学术年会于1983年12月在安顺召开。大会共收到论文等23篇,其中被评为大会交流的论文等共8篇。孙克绍同志的《弓形槽节流腔内孔回油液体静压轴承在 C 616车床上的应用》一文,引起了代表们的兴趣。经民主选举,张鹄等21名同志组成设备维修分会第二届委员会领导机构。会议初步制定了1984年学术活动计划。
Mechanical Engineering Society of Mechanical Maintenance branch third academic annual meeting held in Anshun in December 1983. The conference received a total of 23 papers, which was named the exchange of articles such as a total of eight papers. Comrade Sun Ke-shu’s article entitled “Application of hydrostatic hydrostatic bearing for bow-hole grooved oil recovery in C 616 lathe” won the delegation’s interest. After democratically elected 21 comrades, including Zhang Jian, formed the leading body of the second committee of the equipment maintenance branch. The meeting initially formulated the 1984 academic activities plan.
