简要分析了醇盐型溶胶─凝胶工艺的局限性。采用无机前驱体成功地制备出多种无裂纹氧化物陶瓷膜(包括致密和微孔膜)。着重介绍不同反应体系的特征和工艺对策;指出了成膜促进剂(FFP)的作用和组成原则,并对影响成膜性和膜结构的主要因素作了初步讨论。
The limitations of the alkoxide sol-gel process are briefly analyzed. A variety of non-cracked oxide ceramic films (including dense and microporous films) were successfully prepared using inorganic precursors. The characteristics and process strategies of different reaction systems are emphatically introduced. The function and composition principle of the film-forming accelerator (FFP) are pointed out. The main factors affecting the film-forming properties and membrane structure are also discussed.
