川黔路四大段长12.3公里二级路,于1986年10月建成通车。两年多来该路为重庆市的经济建设发挥了重大作用。但路面在繁重的交通荷载(据1988年8月调查,交通量大于8000辆/日,其中有约8%的重车)和酷热的气候条件下(1988年7月25日~8月5日间,测得的路表温度高达60~62℃),发生了不同程度的破坏。由于该路是重庆地区铺筑的第一条高等级路面。在某种意义上可看作是一条试验路。为了从该路中吸取一些经验教训,我们于1988年8月对全路进行了较详细的调查,现将调查情况作一介绍。一、沥青路面出现的病害种类该路面结构为:12~28厘米不等厚的平摆片石加8厘米泥灰结碎石底基层,20厘米二灰
