Objective To analyze the influence of active early artificial rupture of membranes on labor process and delivery outcome. Methods 86 maternal women were divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether they were in the active early stage of artificial rupture, 43 cases in each group. In the delivery process of active premature rupture of the maternal use of the rupture of the observation group, did not use artificial rupture of the maternal as a control group, the two groups of maternal labor and delivery outcomes. Results The average maternal age from the active stage to the time of delivery was (5.2 ± 1.4) h. In the control group, the average maternal time from the active stage to the time of delivery was 7.1 ± 1.7 h. In the observation group, the maternal time from the active stage to delivery was significantly shorter Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The rate of natural childbirth in the observation group was 95.3%. The rate of natural childbirth in the control group was 81.4%. The rate of natural childbirth in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). In the observation group, the average score of Newborns’ Alerts score was (8.4 ± 2.2), while that of the control group was 8.2 ± 2.5. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) ). Conclusion The use of active early artificial rupture of membranes can significantly shorten the labor process, improve the rate of natural delivery, protect the safety of mothers and babies, should be clinically worthy of promotion.
