我国的市场经济不断的发展,各行业企业的竞争也越发的激烈。对于建筑行业也不例外,如何在激烈的竞争中提高自己的竞争优势是目前建筑企业思考的主要问题。在建筑企业中实行供应链管理可以给有效的提高企业的竞争力,有利于企业实现经济效益。但是对于供应链的管理的实施,有着很大的风险,所以建筑企业在具体运用的时候一定要进行供应链风险管理。本文就针对此进行分析和探讨。
With the continuous development of China’s market economy, the competition among various industries and enterprises has also become increasingly fierce. For the construction industry is no exception, how to improve their competitive advantage in the fierce competition is the main problem of thinking of the construction business. The implementation of supply chain management in construction enterprises can effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises and help enterprises achieve economic benefits.
