本实验通过癫痫动物模型的制作,探讨穴位埋线法对癫痫动物模型脑电图的影响。选用钴引起的慢性实验性大白鼠癫痫模型。40例大白鼠随机分成5组,即正常组、空白组、治疗组(1)、治疗组(2)和对照组,治疗组选用穴位埋线法,对照组选用针刺法。结果表明:造模后,动物脑电图的振幅和频率均明显升高,两者比较有显著性差异,穴位埋线法和针刺法均能改善动物脑电图的振幅和频率,但穴位埋线法效果优于针刺法,埋线4周效果优于埋线2周。
This experiment through the epilepsy animal model to explore the catgut embedding method of epilepsy animal model EEG. Selection of cobalt induced chronic experimental rat epilepsy model. Forty rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal group, blank group, treatment group (1), treatment group (2) and control group. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture while the control group was acupuncture. The results showed that the amplitude and frequency of EEG were significantly increased after modeling, and there was a significant difference between them. Acupoint embedding method and acupuncture method can improve the amplitude and frequency of electroencephalogram, but acupoint Catgut embedding method is better than acupuncture, embedding 4 weeks better than embedding thread 2 weeks.
