一、引言近十余年来由于生产技术上的需要,硼化学获得了很大发展。硼氢化反应(hydroboration;HB)是不久前出现的一种新的有机合成反应。硼氢键可以与不饱和键加成虽已知道了很久,但在过去反应需要较剧烈的条件。1957年布朗和劳(Rao)发现在醚型溶剂如乙醚,四氢呋喃或二缩乙二醇二甲醚[diethylene glycol dimethyl ether;商品名“代格莱姆”(diglyme)]存在下烯与乙硼烷在室温就可定量生成有机硼烷。
I. Introduction Nearly ten years due to the production of technical needs, boron chemistry has made great progress. Hydroboration (HB) is a new organic synthesis recently. Although it has been known for a long time that a boron hydrogen bond can be added to an unsaturated bond, the reaction needs more severe conditions in the past. In 1957 Brown and Rao found that in the presence of an ethereal solvent such as diethyl ether, tetrahydrofuran or digylene glycol (trade name “diglyme”) with boron The organoborane can be quantitatively generated at room temperature.
