文化产业是全球公认的朝阳产业,在西方某些发达国家早已成为支柱性产业,我国的文化产业还属于弱势产业,缺乏国内市场的整合能力和国际市场的竞争力。公共政策的价值取向是政策科学的最基本和最基础的要点,公共政策中的文化产业政策政绩不理想直接影响了我国文化产业的快速发展。本文将对公共政策中的财政政策进行梳理,实现文化企业新一轮跨越式发展进而完善我国文化产业政策、推动文化产业发展。
The cultural industry is a globally acknowledged sunrise industry and has long been a pillar industry in some developed countries in the West. China’s cultural industry is also a disadvantaged industry, lacking the ability to integrate the domestic market and the competitiveness of the international market. The value orientation of public policy is the most basic and basic point of policy science. The unsatisfactory performance of cultural industry policy in public policy directly affects the rapid development of China’s cultural industry. This article will sort out the public policies in the fiscal policy to achieve a new round of cultural enterprises by leaps and bounds and thus improve our cultural industry policies to promote the development of cultural industries.
