文化旅游作为文化产业发展体系的重要组成部分,是近年来市场不断培育的一种新兴业态。文化旅游首先提及的必然是文化属性,作为第三产业,一方面是优质自然资源的具体展现,另一方面也是本地区历史人文资源底蕴的细腻糅合,具有一定的可持续发展效益。连云港市海州区距今已有2000多年的历史,拥有丰富的自然和历史文化资源,如何将二者有机结合,实现文化旅游业的发展成果转化,已是迫在眉睫。为此,针对当前海州区文化旅游产业发展的现实情况剖析,提出海州文化旅游产业发展的一些意见和对策。
As an important part of the development system of cultural industry, cultural tourism is a new developing field continuously cultivated by the market in recent years. The first thing cultural tourism refers to is cultural property. As a tertiary industry, on the one hand, it is a concrete manifestation of high-quality natural resources. On the other hand, it is also a fine blend of historical humanities resources in the region and has certain sustainable development benefits. Haizhou District, Lianyungang City has a history of more than 2,000 years now. With rich natural and historical and cultural resources, it is imminent to combine the two and realize the transformation of the development achievements of cultural tourism. To this end, in view of the current situation of cultural tourism industry in Haizhou District, this paper presents some opinions and countermeasures for the development of cultural tourism industry in Haizhou District.
