目的探讨医务人员高血糖患者外周血细胞改变及相关代谢因素。方法对医务人员中150例高血糖患者和232例血糖正常者的血细胞形态和血清生化检查资料进行对比分析。结果高血糖组外周血白细胞和红细胞计数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。高血糖组血谷丙转氨酶、胆固醇和甘油三酯水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高血糖患者存在外周血细胞和代谢指标的改变,这可能与其急慢性并发症的发生有一定的联系。
Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood cells and related metabolic factors in hyperglycemic patients. Methods The blood cell morphology and serum biochemical test data of 150 cases of hyperglycemia and 232 cases of normal blood glucose in medical staff were compared and analyzed. Results High blood glucose group peripheral blood leukocytes and erythrocyte count were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Hyperglycemia group blood levels of ALT, cholesterol and triglyceride levels higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion There are changes of peripheral blood cells and metabolic parameters in patients with hyperglycemia, which may be related to the occurrence of acute and chronic complications.
