班风建设一直是班级管理和班主任工作中的重要内容,因此,良好的班风能够形成良好的教育教学环境和积极向上的德育环境,幼儿的思想品德及学习生活的行为习惯都能在良好班风里得到提升和养成,这有助于幼儿的全面发展,有助于班级的高效管理,更是深化幼儿园素质教育的一个重要方面。主要就班风建设的几个方面进行了论述。
