唐山广播电视报是唐山地区最具品牌传播价值和市场影响力的生活服务周报,在长期的发展和竞争实践中,得益于对电视报品牌的良好维护和价值转换方式的创新,在全国广电报行业开创了全年整体经营创收突破1亿元、报社发行上飞机等诸多先河。本文以唐山广播电视报的经营管理实践为例,为地方电视报的品牌维护和价值转换思路的创新提供借鉴。
