薄带连铸布流系统对其浇注过程影响很大,不同的水口插入深度、不同的拉速和不同的液位高度下,对于同一布流系统所引起的液面波动和流动会有较大差别。针对某厂使用的槽型布流系统建立了水模型和数值模型,研究了不同工艺参数下,布流系统引起的熔池表面流动和波动情况。结果表明,该槽型布流系统在布流过程中具有对侧封板端面冲击强,角部波动大,辊面中部冲击弱等特点,数值模拟结果和水模型结果具有较好的一致性。
The strip casting flow distribution system has a great influence on the pouring process. Different insertion depths, different pull rates and different liquid level may cause larger fluctuation and flow of liquid in the same flow distribution system difference. A water model and a numerical model are established for the groove distribution system used in a factory. The flow and fluctuation of the surface of the molten pool caused by the distribution system under different process parameters are studied. The results show that the slotted flow distribution system has the characteristics of strong impact on the opposite side of the seal plate, large corner fluctuation and weak impact on the middle of the roll surface. The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the water model results.
