回顾1995年,我国消费品市场资源充裕,购销两旺,增幅较大,运行平稳。社会消费品零售总额首次突破2万亿元大关,一些重要农产品供求矛盾缓解,物价指数如期回落。消费市场的健康发展为整个国民经济的“软着陆”做出了很大的贡献。1996年市场运行能否赓续这一良好的发展趋势?这主要取决于市场运行的宏观经济环境,有效需求的增长情况和重要商品的供给保障能力。综合分析各种相关因素,可以预期1996年市场运行会进一步向好的方向发展,工业消费品和主要农副产品的总量平衡及结构状况均好于去年,物价涨幅将进一步回落,全国消费品零售总额将达到2万5千亿元,流通秩序也会有较大好转。
