The meeting took place in Cagliari, Italy, from 10-15 September 1979. Center topic: A - water resources development and management of water projects. a) Systematic analysis in water resources management and development. b) The reliability of the water resource system and how to use it in drought periods. c) diversion and transport of a large number of bodies of water between the watersheds (subdivisions surrounding the surrounding area). d) Design and management systems for the collection of relevant foundations and their processing of information. B - hydraulic phenomena of water quality conversion and heat exchange.
