2007年9月11～13日,来自江苏、山东、福建、浙江、上海、江西、安徽水利学会的91位代表会聚江城安庆,参加华东七省(市)水利学会协作组第二十次学术研讨会。安徽省水利学会理事长纪冰致开幕词,水利部政策法规司副司长王治作专题报告,安庆市委常委、副市长陶方启到会祝贺,华东协作组组长汪松年宣读了中国水利学会李赞堂秘书长的书面发言并做热情洋溢的讲话,安徽省科协程荣朝副主席到会致辞,会议由安徽省水利学会常务副理事长金问荣主持。
From September 11 to September 2007, 91 delegates from Jiangsu, Shandong, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Jiangxi and Anhui Water Conservancy gathered in Anqing, Jiangcheng to participate in the 20th Symposium of the Symposium of the Association of Hydraulic Science in East China meeting. Ji Bing, chairman of the Anhui Provincial Association of Water Conservancy, delivered an opening speech and Wang Zhizhi, deputy director of the Department of Policy and Regulation of the Ministry of Water Resources, delivered a special report. Tao Fangqi, member of the Standing Committee and Vice Mayor of Anqing Municipal Committee, was here to congratulate Wang Songnian, The secretary-general made a written speech and made a warm speech. Vice-chairman Cheng Rongzhao of Anhui Provincial Association of Science and Technology Association delivered a speech. The meeting was chaired by Jin Wenrong, executive vice chairman of Anhui Water Conservancy Society.
