石佛寺水库是辽河干流上唯一的大型防洪控制工程,建立洪水过程数字模型可为水库管理提供科学、便捷的支持。使用MIKE软件建立水库二维非稳态水量模型,在AutoCAD和ArcGIS软件的协助下制作库区DEM,并提取相应地表高程数据制作研究区网格。研究区上游采用流量边界,下游采用水位边界,率定输出出口处的流量变化,并与2010年实测资料进行对比,据此修正了相关参数。模型模拟的20100720和20130816两次历史典型洪水过程与历史资料相符,验证了该模型应用于石佛寺水库的可行性,可为石佛寺水库的管理与洪水预测提供依据。
Shifushi Reservoir is the only large-scale flood control project on Liaohe River. Establishing digital model of flood process can provide scientific and convenient support for reservoir management. Using MIKE software to establish two-dimensional unsteady water model of reservoir, making DEM of reservoir area with the aid of AutoCAD and ArcGIS software, and extracting the corresponding surface elevation data to make the research area grid. In the upper reaches of the study area, the flow boundary was used. The lower reaches of the study area used the water level boundary to determine the change of flow rate at the outlet of the study area. Compared with the measured data in 2010, the relevant parameters were corrected. The two historical typical flood processes of 20100720 and 20130816 simulated by the model are consistent with the historical data, which verifies the feasibility of the model applied to the Shifushi Reservoir and provides the basis for the management and flood prediction of the Shifushi Reservoir.
