质量成本统计数据不全一直是困扰企业质量成本管理的难题,本文从企业质量成本统计的现状出发分析了其主要原因,并提出了改进对策,为企业提高质量成本管理提供参考。
Incomplete quality cost statistics has always plagued the enterprise quality cost management problems. This paper analyzes the main reasons for the status quo of the enterprise quality cost statistics, and puts forward the improvement measures to provide reference for enterprises to improve quality cost management.
