Hunan Provincial Teachers College Library Science Management Seminar in November 92, November 13 to 15 in Changde Teachers College Library was held. Attend this seminar there are 10 teachers and the author of the province’s faculty of a total of 30 authors, provincial college workers deputy secretary general, Hunan University Library Director Zhang Baiying to congratulate and made a “Sino-American University Library comparative study ”academic report. The conference invited Professor Xun Changrong, director of Library and Information Department of Xiangtan University, to attend the academic report on “Market Economy and Library Reform”, Hunan Finance and Economics
