本研究证明椰毒假单胞菌及其酵米面亚种具有共同的种特异性抗原子O—Ⅰ。经检测,由不同地区、不同样品中分离的67株椰酵假单胞菌均含有O—Ⅰ抗原。O—Ⅰ抗原的确证及其单克隆抗体的建立均为国内外首次报告,分泌抗O—Ⅰ因子单克隆抗体的细胞株P.co65的建立为椰酵假单胞菌的鉴定及该菌引起食物中毒病原学的快速诊断提供了有力的工具。
This study demonstrated that Pseudomonas cochinchinensis and its S. japonicum subspecies possess common species-specific antigens O-I. After testing, from different regions, different samples isolated 67 strains of C. aeruginosa contain O-Ⅰ antigen. Confirmation of O-I antigen and the establishment of its monoclonal antibodies are the first reports at home and abroad that the establishment of P.co65, a cell strain secreting anti-O-I monoclonal antibody, is the identification of C. coelicolor and caused by this bacterium Rapid diagnosis of food poisoning etiology provides a powerful tool.
