本文通过试验,论证了在承受交变载荷的轴类上进行铁基自熔合金等离子弧喷涂时,基材的表面处理(喷砂)可使其疲劳性能得以改善,而基材的表面温度以及涂层的厚度则对基材疲劳强度的降低有较大影响。认为,在喷涂工艺中,不仅应注意修复件的几何尺寸的恢复,更重要的是要从保持基材的疲劳强度的角度去选取基材的表面温度与涂层厚度。
In this paper, we demonstrate that the surface treatment (sandblasting) of the substrate can improve the fatigue performance of iron-based self-fluxing alloy plasma arc spraying on the axis subjected to alternating load. The surface temperature of the substrate and The thickness of the coating has a greater impact on the reduction of fatigue strength of the substrate. It is considered that in the spraying process, not only the restoration of the geometric dimensions of the restoration should be noticed, but more importantly, the surface temperature and coating thickness of the substrate should be selected from the viewpoint of maintaining the fatigue strength of the substrate.
