In June 1993, the Press and Publication Administration and the Ministry of Labor jointly issued the “Notice on Issuing the Technical Standard for Press and Publication Workers”. The circular concerned the printing industry, audiovisual reproduction industry, book distribution industry and printing equipment specialty.
