本文主要根据国内离子氮化炉内温度不均,测温不准的问题。对它和一般热处理炉的温度场及传热方式进行了分析、比较,指出影响离子设备温度均匀,测温准确的主要因素是炉体保温层的设计、工件的形状尺寸及放置方式。模拟工件的设置和热电偶的按装方法。同时将各种炉体的操作参数进行了比较,证明加适当保温层不仅可大大节省电能而且可保证炉内温度均匀,便于测温。最后提出了新型炉体设计的要点。
This article mainly based on domestic ion nitriding furnace temperature uneven, temperature is not allowed to question. The temperature field and heat transfer mode of the heat treatment furnace are analyzed and compared.
