谋求“经济区战略崛起”在今年3月份召开的全国“两会”上,全国人大代表黄小晶、陈慧珠等分别提交议案,建议把“海峡西岸经济区”列入国家区域发展战略布局。此举引起了各界广泛的关注。有专家评论说,这表明福建将把自己置于更高层次、更大范围的开放格局中,走以省际区域对接和区域整合为内容的“经济区战略崛起”的发展路线。
Seeking “Rise of the Economic Zone” At the national “two sessions” held in March this year, NPC representatives Huang Xiaochu and Chen Huizhu submitted the motion separately and proposed that “the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits” should be included in the national regional development strategy layout. The move has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. Some experts commented that this shows that Fujian will put itself at a higher level and in a wider opening-up pattern and embark on a line of development of “strategic rise of the economic zone” with interprovincial regional convergence and regional integration as its content.
