外资并购是目前国际资本流动的主要选择和企业发展壮大的重要途径。由于我国外资进入时间不长,在外资并购领域尚存在一些不尽人意之处,本文通过对这些不足的分析,提出规范外资并购行为的相应立法建议。
Foreign M & A is the main choice of current international capital flow and an important way for enterprises to grow and develop. Due to the short time of foreign investment in our country, there are still some unsatisfactory points in the field of foreign capital M & A. By analyzing these shortcomings, this paper puts forward the corresponding legislative proposals to standardize M & A of foreign capital.
