目的分析少女妊娠导致子痫发生的现象与青少年期性教育的关系。方法对我院妇产科2005年3月至2011年11月收治的11例少女子痫进行临床分析。结果 11例少女均第1次妊娠,未婚,年龄12～18岁。入院时5例处于抽搐状态,3例处于昏迷状态,3例意识清楚。血压200～150mmHg/100～120mmHg。病情控制后,4例行剖宫产,7例行会阴侧切阴道助产结束分娩。结论少女由于缺乏性健康教育方面的知识,未婚先孕易导致子痫。它严重影响少女的身心及生命健康,应加强青少年的性教育。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the phenomenon of teenage eclampsia induced by eclampsia and adolescent sexual education. Methods The clinical data of 11 cases of teenage eclampsia admitted to our hospital from March 2005 to November 2011 were analyzed. Results 11 girls were the first pregnancy, unmarried, aged 12 to 18 years. At admission, 5 patients were in convulsions, 3 were in a coma, and 3 were well aware. Blood pressure 200 ~ 150mmHg / 100 ~ 120mmHg. After the disease control, 4 cases of cesarean section, 7 cases of perineal lateral vaginal delivery termination of labor. Conclusion Due to lack of knowledge of sexual health education, unmarried pregnant women can easily lead to eclampsia. It has a serious impact on the physical, mental and physical health of adolescent girls and should strengthen the sexual education of adolescents.
