随着我国经济发展水平不断提高,全民旅游、全域旅游成为我国新的旅游发展趋势。但在旅游市场整体发展中还存在一些问题,成为制约河北省旅游发展的瓶颈。当前在旅游市场主要存在的问题是由于监管体制与当前旅游市场脱节,无法进行有效的监控造成的。本文结合《中华人民共和国旅游法》、《河北省旅游条例》以及《河北省旅游市场综合监管办法》最新精神,对当前旅游市场中存在的问题以及原因进行了分析,并根据文件精神探讨了相关对策。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economic development level, all-people tourism and global tourism have become the new trend of tourism development in our country. However, there are still some problems in the overall development of the tourism market and a bottleneck restricting the tourism development in Hebei Province. The main problem currently existing in the tourism market is caused by the fact that the regulatory system is out of line with the current tourism market and can not be effectively monitored. Based on the latest spirit of “Travel Law of the People’s Republic of China”, “Tourism Ordinance of Hebei Province” and “Integrated Supervision and Control Measures of Tourism Market in Hebei Province”, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the tourism market and their causes, and discusses the correlation Countermeasures.
