稳定土拌和机是一种重要的道路施工机械,其功能主要是用于将分层摊铺在路基上的不同种筑路材料通过切削、破碎、搅拌而混合均匀。但是,路拌机的拌和深度过浅,会出现漏拌夹生现象,使稳定层底部材料的均匀性变差;拌和深度过大,功率消耗增大,且出现超拌现象,使稳定层材料的混合比例发生偏差,影响稳定层的质量。因而稳定土拌和机在作业过程中,拌和深度是一个应该实时控制的作业参数。在此分析了稳定土拌和机深度的自动控制。
