本刊讯9月4日,农业部财务管理信息平台正式上线运行。该平台是面向部机关、部属单位、地方农口部门等用户,功能覆盖部门预算管理、转移支付项目管理、财会核算、资产管理、审计监督等业务的综合性信息系统。该平台的成功上线,标志着农业部财务信息化从简单的会计核算和局部管理,进入了财务信息全面整合共享的新阶段,为进一步强化项目和资金监管、推进依法科学理财提供有力支撑。
On September 4, the Ministry of Agriculture formally launched the financial management information platform. The platform is a comprehensive information system for users such as ministries and agencies, subordinate units, and local agricultural departments, covering the functions of department budget management, transfer payment project management, accounting and accounting, asset management and audit supervision. The successful launch of this platform symbolizes that the Ministry of Agriculture’s financial informationization has entered a new phase of full integration and sharing of financial information from simple accounting and local management and provided strong support for further strengthening the supervision of projects and funds and promoting scientific and rational financial management according to law.
