盾构机磨桩主要是以“磨削”为理念,对盾构机的速度和推力进行控制,在以往施工中都是靠盾构操作手来电动调节推进泵控制推进速度,对操作手技术经验要求很高。本文以杭州地铁2号线SG2-14标段区间隧道磨桩为例,讲述了采用低速泵代替原推进泵在盾构机磨桩中控制推进速度,来降低操作手电动控制偏差。并可为今后类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
