当兹开放改革之际,余观乎吾省档案界中,有四种类型人,乃试作“四人图”,展其形貌心理,以期同行有所思焉。一图:于开放改革思想敏锐,精神振奋,念坚强,心精细。少言语,多实干,言必行,行必果。善宣传,扼要领,言必及义,论必服人。勤学问,精业务。做编研,系统准确,能开新路,创效益;作论文,观点新,立论精,颇具启迪与实践功能;为指导,善思考,富开拓,宏观着眼,微观着手,敢率先,勇实践,为丰富馆藏、实现规范化、争上等级之先躯者。人云:斯人也,时代之先锋,同行之师表也。二图:不图名利,不辞劳累,为档案事业奉献出宝贵心血。作内部建设,以收集为起点,管理为基础,注重熟悉家底,
