5月23日上午,武警水电部队应急后勤保障力量构成要素观摩演示,在武警水电第二总队四支队安义二大队举行。国家防总办公室副主任翟自宏,武警总部后勤部副部长孔诚,江西省副省长李贻煌,武警水电指挥部司令员岳曦、政委胡汉武,武警水电第二总队政委卢伟等领导共80余人在现场观看了演练。10时整,随着3发红色信号弹腾空而起,一场实地、实兵、实装应急后勤综合保障演练正式拉开序幕。
