利用均匀设计法设计得到的12种培养基及对照Zarrouk培养基对钝顶螺旋藻(SpirulinaPlatensis)S。品系进行培养,进行了不同培养基对螺旋藻生长速度和氨基酸含量、β-胡萝卜素及叶绿素α含量的研究,优选出能使藻体生长速度加快、藻粉质量提高,并使养殖成本降低的3种不同配方的培养基。与Zarrouk培养基相比,3号、6号和7号培养基可使藻体生长速度加快,且藻粉产量和质量均有提高,3种培养基均可使养殖成本大幅度降低。其中3号培养基成本最为低廉,β-胡萝卜素含量最高(达154.21mg/100g);6号和7号培养基相差不大,其藻粉中叶绿素α含量、氨基酸含量等指标均有大幅度提高。
Twelve kinds of medium designed by uniform design and control Zarrouk medium were used to culture Spirulina Platelate S.
