目的 探讨替牙期骨性反牙合的矫治方法与效果。方法 对 13例替牙期骨性反牙合儿童 ,采用牙列粘接牙合垫联合上颌前方牵引进行矫治 ,进行治疗前后X线头影测量分析。结果 13例患儿均取得满意的治疗效果。SNA平均增加了 2 .47°± 0 .43° ,ANB平均增加 4.0 1°± 0 .2 7° ,MP -SN平均增加 1.0 6°± 0 .67°。结论 牙列粘结牙合垫联合上颌前方牵引矫治替牙期骨性反牙合是一种行之有效的方法
Objective To investigate the method and effect of orthodontic treatment of skeletal anti-occlusion. Methods Thirteen children with osteo-anti-occlusal periodontitis were treated with dentition-bonded occlusal pad and anterior maxillary traction, and X-ray cephalometric analysis was performed before and after treatment. Results All 13 patients achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect. SNA averaged 2.47 ° ± 0 .43 °, ANB increased 4.01 ° ± 0.27 ° on average, and MP-SN increased 1.06 ° ± 0.67 ° on average. Conclusion The dentition bonded occlusal pad combined with maxillary anterior traction for orthodontic skeletal anti-occlusion is an effective method
