两年前出版了斯大林天才著作‘马克思主义與语言学问题’。斯大林的著作是对於马克思列宁主义宝库的一个伟大贡献,它以一些最重要的、新的理论豐富了马克思主义的科学。斯大林同志为了进一步发展历史唯物论的理論,而在这一著作中最充分、最全面地发展了历史唯物论的中心问题,基础與上层建築,它们的发生和发展底规律的问题。斯大林在说明上层建築的主要特色,上层建築和基础的联系,上层建築和生产的间接联系,在说明上层建築的積極作用时,提供了特别多的新见解。斯大林同志特别有力地着重指出在研究各种社会现象的特徵时对马克思主义方法的要求。他揭示了作为社会现象的语言底本质,分析了语言的发展规律,并且给马克思主义的语言科学打下了坚实的基础,从而撤底摧毁了马爾院士底唯心的‘理论’。斯大林的著作‘马克思主义與语言学的问题’反对把科学庸俗化和简单化的人们,也反对教條主义和书呆子气。这一著作关於一切社会科学(其中包括历史科学)的发展发生了巨大的影响,它特别有力地强调指出:在社会科学的领域中要想使工作有成效,其最重要的条件就是深刻地掌握历史唯物论的理论和方法。
Two years ago Stalin’s genius book ’Marxist and Linguistic Issues’ was published. Stalin’s writings are a great contribution to the treasure trove of Marxism-Leninism and enrich the Marxist science with some of the most important and new theories. In order to further develop the theory of historical materialism, Comrade Stalin fully developed the most central issue, foundation and superstructure of historical materialism, their occurrence and development at the bottom of the law in this book. Stalin’s presentation of the main features of the superstructure, the connection between the superstructure and the foundation, the indirect links between the superstructure and the production, provided a particularly new insight into the positive role of the superstructure. Comrade Stalin has placed particular strong emphasis on the requirements of the Marxist approach in studying the characteristics of various social phenomena. He reveals the nature of the language as a social phenomenon, analyzes the law of language development, and lays a solid foundation for Marxist linguistic science, so as to disrupt the idealism of Marx’s theory. Stalin’s book ’Issues of Marxism and Linguistics’ opposes the vulgarization and simplification of science and opposes dogmatism and nerdiness. This book, which has had a tremendous impact on the development of all social sciences, including history, stresses in particular that the most important condition for effective social work in the field of social science is its profound mastery Theory and Method of Historical Materialism.
