法律文书写作课程具有很强的综合性和实践性。因此,在教学时,可灵活采用任务驱动式案例教学法、例文分析法等多种教学方式,形成开放式的教学模式。激发学生对本门课程的学习兴趣,充分调动学生的主动性,引导学生自觉地参与到课程的学习活动中,培养学生的独立思考能力,从而不断提高学生的法律文书制作能力和法律职业素养。
The legal writing course is very comprehensive and practical. Therefore, in teaching, we can flexibly adopt a variety of teaching methods, such as case-driven case-based teaching and sample analysis, to form an open teaching model. Stimulate students interest in learning the course, and fully mobilize the initiative of students, and guide students to participate in the learning activities of the course consciously, cultivate students ’ability of independent thinking, so as to improve students’ ability of making legal documents and legal profession.
