英语教学是我国重要的学科教育之一,也是衡量学生是否达到全面发展的标准之一。常言道:“百年大计,教育为本,”所以,教育的质量直接决定人才的质量。而教育的成败,则是以教师为本;教师的优劣,则是以素质为本。简言之,要想使英语教学达到更高的教育标准,教师素质的培养是关键,因为,只有不断提高英语教师的综合素质,才能循序渐进的适应21世纪人才培养的需要。
English teaching is one of the important subject education in our country, and it is also one of the standards to measure whether the students achieve the all-round development. As the saying goes: “a hundred years plan, education-based, ” Therefore, the quality of education directly determines the quality of talent. The success or failure of education is based on teachers; teachers’ strengths and weaknesses are based on quality.
