各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局),新疆生产建设兵团财务局,党中央有关部门,国务院各部门、直属机构,中国人民解放军总后勤部,中国人民武装警察部队后勤部:为贯彻国务院贯彻实施《会计法》电视电话会议关于组织开展《会计法》执行情况检查的精神,切实整顿财经和会计秩序,督促各地区、各部门、各单位认真执行《会计法》,我部决定于2001年3月至9月组织开展一次《会计法》执行情况检查。有关事项通知如下:一、重视检查工作。加强组织领导《会计法》是规范会计行为、生成会计信息的最高准则,在我国市场经济中起基础性作用。认真贯彻实施《会计法》,依法开展会计工作,对于优化资源配置、加强经营管理、改善宏观调控、规范经济秩序,都有重要作用。加强指导和监督检查,是贯彻实施《会计法》的重要保证。各地区、各部门要从依法治国的高度,重视并组织好《会计法》执行情况检查,督促各单位整顿会计秩序、提高会计信息质量,查处会
