根据新制度经济学理论,非政府组织实质上是市场经济中一种内在的制度安排。民主政治、市场经济和非政府组织共同构成现代社会基本的制度框架。除民主政治的刚性约束外,市场经济和非政府组织表现为更具张力的制度安排而相互支撑。市场经济的制度需求成为非政府组织发展的动力机制,促使公民社会的成长与发展;而在市场经济中,非政府组织又发挥着内在的制度功能,共同构建市场运行的制度环境。
According to the new institutional economics theory, non-governmental organizations are essentially an inherent institutional arrangement in a market economy. Democracy, market economy and non-governmental organizations together form the basic institutional framework of modern society. In addition to the rigid constraints of democratic politics, market economies and non-governmental organizations are shown to support each other through more tense institutional arrangements. The system needs of the market economy have become the driving force for the development of non-governmental organizations and promoted the growth and development of civil society. In the market economy, non-governmental organizations also play an inherent institutional function to jointly establish the institutional environment for market operation.
