中国社科院社会学所和全国工商联研究室共同牵头进行“中国私营企业研究课题组”调查。报告显示:私营企业内部普遍实行家庭制管理,已婚企业主的配偶50.5%在本企业做管理工作,9.8%负责购销;已成年子女20.3%在本企业做管理,13.8%负责购销。在所有管理人员中,26.7%由投资者担任,在社会上招聘的只占44.2%,有37.5%的企业主认为“企业要稳定发展,就必须由我本人或我的家人来经营管理。”作为民营企业,尤其是私营企业,家族型管理实则是身不由已。一是创业之初,除了家里人,没有人跟你一起去冒险,也就是在创业之初就埋下
Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Sociology and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce jointly lead the investigation of “China Private Enterprise Research Task Force.” The report shows that family-run management is generally practiced within the private sector. 50.5% of spouses married owners do managerial work in this business and 9.8% are responsible for buying and selling. 20.3% of adult children are managed in the enterprise and 13.8% are responsible for marketing.
