目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病实施弥散加权成像诊断的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析40例足月新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿(观察组)和40例同期生产的健康新生儿(对照组)的临床资料。观察组患儿行普通MRI检测为A组,在MRI检测基础上行弥散加权成像检测为B组。结果对照组中未出现异常信号;而在观察组中,B组的疾病检出率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组40例患儿的病灶主要分布于大脑深部白质、大脑皮层及皮层下、胼胝体或室管膜下,其中大脑深部白质居首位。结论在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的早期诊断中,弥散加权成像技术的应用提高了其诊断的准确性,具有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of diffusion-weighted imaging in the diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods The clinical data of 40 full-term neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (observation group) and 40 healthy neonates (control group) were retrospectively analyzed. Children in observation group underwent routine MRI examination as group A, and on the basis of MRI examination, diffusion-weighted imaging was performed on group B. Results There was no abnormal signal in the control group. In the observation group, the detection rate of disease in group B was significantly higher than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The focus of the observation group 40 cases of children were mainly distributed in the brain deep white matter, cerebral cortex and subcortical, corpus callosum or ependymal, in which the deep brain white matter ranks first. Conclusion In the early diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, the application of diffusion-weighted imaging improves the diagnostic accuracy and has a good clinical value.
