青霉烷砜(CP—45899)是一个青霉烷酸的衍生物,能抑制由金黄色葡萄球菌、淋球菌、流感杆菌、脆性拟杆菌产生的β—内酰胺酶,在CP—45899存在时,这些产生酶的菌株对于青霉素G或氨苄青霉素均敏感。CP—45899也抑制由肠道细菌和绿脓杆菌产生的β—内酰胺酶,但对这两种菌,CP—45899和β—内酰胺抗生素的协同作用不稳定。本文报道了CP—45899和氨苄青霉素及六种较新的β—内酰胺抗生素:包括硫苯咪唑青霉素(Mezlocillin)、羟苄四唑头孢菌素(Cefamandole)、噻吩甲氧头孢菌素(Cefo-xitin)、氧哌羟苯唑头孢菌素(Cefoperazo-ne)、氨噻肟头孢菌素(Cefotaxime)、羟羧
Penicillin sulfone (CP-45899) is a derivative of penicillanic acid that inhibits β-lactamase produced by Staphylococcus aureus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Influenzobacillus, and Bacteroides fragilis. In the presence of CP-45899 These enzyme producing strains are both sensitive to penicillin G or ampicillin. CP-45899 also inhibits β-lactamase produced by gut bacteria and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, but the synergistic effect of CP-45899 and β-lactam antibiotics is unstable for both strains.
