本文主要介绍选育小苍兰新类型的过程及其主要优良性状。此新类型系从荷兰引进种球,经温室栽培二年后已见退化和带病毒病。以这些球茎为试材,经过~(60)CO-γ射线辐射处理,从中选出优良突变体,进行组织培养和无性繁殖法育成。经连续三年的田间栽培对比试验,小苍兰新类型具有花茎高而挺直、花期早、花序上花朵数多等特点。本试验为在我国发展小苍兰生产,提供优良种质资源。
This article mainly introduces the process of breeding new types of Freesia and its main fine traits. The new type is the introduction of bulbs from the Netherlands, which have been degraded and virus-infected after two years of cultivation in the greenhouse. These bulbs were used as test materials and treated with ~ (60) CO-γ radiation to select excellent mutants for tissue culture and asexual propagation. After three consecutive years of field cultivation comparative experiment, the new type of freesia has tall and straight stems, early flowering, inflorescence flowers and more. The experiment for the development of freesia in China to provide excellent germplasm resources.
