结合《纲要》论述邓小平同志关于国际形势的科学判断、独立自主的和平外交政策以及其外交艺术和外交风格三个部分的内容 ,阐明了《纲要》的如下特点 ,即 :始终坚持了实事求是的精髓这一重要原则 ;正确论述了邓小平外交思想是对毛泽东外交思想的继承和发展 ;并指明以江泽民为核心的党的领导集体坚持和贯彻邓小平外交思想且有所丰富和发展的情形。《纲要》忠实于邓小平外交思想的精神 ,结合邓小平同志的外交实践活动 ,进行理论概括。
Comrade Deng Xiaoping discusses Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s scientific judgments on the international situation, the independent foreign policy of peace and the content of his diplomatic art and diplomatic style. It expounds the following features of the “Outline”, namely: always adhering to the essence of seeking truth from facts An important principle; correctly expounded Deng Xiaoping’s diplomatic thinking on the succession and development of Mao Zedong’s diplomatic thought; and pointed out that the party’s leading collective with Jiang Zemin as its core has enjoyed and enriched and upheld Deng Xiaoping’s diplomatic thinking. The Outline is faithful to Deng Xiaoping’s diplomatic thinking and carries out the theoretical summary in the light of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s diplomatic practice.
