三个水稻品种幼苗叶片过氧化物酶活性测定表明,感染白叶枯病的病叶过氧化物酶活性高于健叶,病叶与健叶之比分别为1.32,1.29和1.88。五个水稻品种成株期叶片过氧化物酶活性亦病叶高于健叶,以感病品种金刚30为最高。同一病叶上近病斑的叶片组织过氧化物酶活性高于远离病斑的叶片组织。 用凝胶圆盘电泳法测定水稻苗期植株叶片过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的结果表明,感病品种酶带少于抗病品种。但是无论抗、感品种在接种白叶枯病菌后病叶的酶带与健叶一致,成株期测定的结果与苗期结果不一致。
The peroxidase activity of seedling leaves of three rice cultivars showed that the activity of peroxidase in diseased leaves with bacterial leaf blight was higher than that of healthy leaves, and the ratios of diseased leaves to healthy leaves were 1.32, 1.29 and 1.88, respectively. The activity of peroxidase in leaves of five rice cultivars at the adult stage was also higher than that of healthy leaves, and that of susceptible variety Vajra 30 was the highest. In the same diseased leaves, the activity of peroxidase in leaf tissue near the lesion was higher than that in leaves away from the lesion. The results of gel disk electrophoresis for the determination of peroxidase isozymes in leaves of rice plants at seedling stage showed that the susceptible varieties had less enzyme bands than the resistant ones. However, regardless of resistance, susceptible varieties in diseased leaves after inoculation of bacterial leaf blight with the same leaves and healthy leaves, adult plant results and seedling results are inconsistent.
