本文主要通过用3%at的Cr或Mo原子部分取代Fe_(79)Si_(11)B_(10)非晶合金中的Fe原子,研究了Cr或Mo原子对Fe基非晶高频损耗及静态磁性能的影响。结果发现:Fe_(79)Si_(11)B_(10)、Fe_(76)Cr_3Si_(11)B_(10)和Fe_(76)Mo_3Si_(11)B_(10)非晶合金分别在425℃、475℃和500℃左右退火后,其高频损耗P_(2/20K)分别是16-17w/kg、13-15w/kg和12—14w/kg。根据透射电镜观察和X射线衍射分析结果,我们认为:Fe_(76)M_3Si_(11)B_(10)非晶(M=Fe、Cr、Mo)的高频损耗性能改善可以归结于非晶表面的部分晶化作用。
