高等院校进行教育改革,其中心目标是培养大学生的创新能力,为了达到这个培养目标,校企合作模式是一种创新的教育模式,这种模式以市场和社会的就业需要为导向。本文分析校企合作模式下房地产经营管理专业大学生创新人才培养的一系列策略。
In order to achieve this goal, the central goal of education reform in higher education institutions is to cultivate the innovative ability of university students. The mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises is an innovative education mode, which is guided by the employment needs of the market and society. This article analyzes a series of tactics of cultivating creative talents of real estate management major under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation.
